Recognizing the critical need for precise temperature control, machine manufacturers are increasingly turning to TOSS Technology. By incorporating the PIREG Temperature Controller and its Variable Resistance Controlled (VRC) impulse heat sealing technology, manufacturers achieve consistent and repeatable sealing without relying on thermocouples or RTDs. With TOSS Technology, the desired sealing temperature is reached within milliseconds and maintained throughout the entire sealing cycle.

TOSS PIREG Temperature Controllers are universally adaptable for any impulse heat sealing application. The PIREG-C2-200 and PIREG-C2-220 EtherNet/IP™ models are designed for DIN rail mounting, providing flexibility and efficiency. The PIREG-545 is panel-mounted for easy access and visibility, catering to diverse operational needs.

Impulse Heat Seal Controller Selection

TOSS offers a large selection of PIREG Impulse Heat Seal Temperature Controllers. Within the PIREG Series are panel mounted controllers as well as cabinet mounted. The PIREG-C2 series are controlled via your PLC and the PIREG-545 has complete timing capability so that external timers are not needed.
